7 months, breastfeeding, sore nipples.....again

Anyone's nipple's sore again out of the blue during latching? It's started the past couple days. I have not had my period yet but have been having groin pain and I've read the latching pain is maybe hormone related? I'm so annoyed, after months of pain free nursing and it's back, can't a girl catch a break?
