Sound more like Early pregnancy or a UTI

I already know I have a uti but I’ve also been sexually active lately. I don’t know when I ovulated though. Here are symptoms that just started like Thursday.

I’ve had sex 4/27, 5/9, 5/11, 5/17

I’ve had a uti since 4/25

Here are my symptoms

Also not stressing about pregnancy

But here’s what’s been going on

Since 5/14 (Thursday)

1. Fatigue

2. Stomachache

3. Nausea

4. Bloating

5. Change in cm (more like fertile cm)

6. Less appetite

Could this be a sign of my uti getting worse or a sign I could be pregnant
