Spotting after sex, 29 weeks

So what is normal when it comes to spotting after sex while pregnant? With my first pregnancy it never happened🤷‍♀️ My husband and I had sex last night, not rough just plain missionary and I had just a little bit of spotting this morning. No big deal, it was when I wiped when I first got up and it was gone all day. Well I am about to go to bed and go pee and wipe and see the entire piece of toilet paper covered in pinkish redish tinted cervical mucus. I just thought it was odd since I barely had any spotting, than nothing for like 14 hours and than more then I had in the first place... I plan on seeing what happens over night/ in the morning and potentially calling the nurse then if I'm still spotting. Should I call anyways even if I'm not spotting still? Is this just normal after having sex?
