How soon can I travel internationally post birth?

Not sure if this is a dumb question but been struggling to go see my mom who is unwell. I’m due Sep and just waiting to go see my mother who is bed-ridden. How soon can I travel internationally with my baby? I’m just thinking of best case scenario with all these coronavirus settled by then.

Its totally up to you, I have had 1 week old babies on board on a 14h flight, which I as a mother wouldnt do to my child, but people have different reasons for travelling.

I mean most doctors will probably reccomend until they have their first shots and have started to develop an immune system so somewhere around 3-4 months minimum.
Theoretically if you didn't care about waiting for shots and such then I guess as long as you have to wait for baby's passport.
