Scarred fallopian tubes

I was premature at 26 as a baby I had to have several surgeries which included one which 99.9% scarred one of my fallopian tubes.i also had an ovarian cyst 4 years ago.i have had the fertility blood tests at my docs and all seem ok.he wanted to refer me to a fertility clinic but as my partner has children already we would have to pay for this treatment.

My partner says if it's meant to be I get pregnant, but I'm wanting to know the best way to check if my tubes are blocked just for my piece of mind.im from the uk, can your docs send you for this test or is it threw a fertility clinic,and what's peoples experiences of this and what's the rough price range.i researched one and it said £3500?
