Favorite Daily Routine📖🌿
Being used to a very active lifestyle before quarantine, I felt guilty and lazy sitting inside & watching TV over the past few weeks. When I was younger I used to love reading but as an adult have had a difficult time sitting still and making the time without feeling as though I should be doing something else. I have purchased books in hopes of feeling inspired to read & have been gifted baby books that have sat on my night stand.📚

This week, I started sitting and reading while @bkmaseth works around our new yard. It motivates me to be productive during the day so I can relax outside, absorbing positive information, watch my guy do his thing & feel our baby boy wiggle around.💙

My first book is “Yoga Sadhana for Mothers” and I highly suggest any #pregnantyogi friends to read! It starts covering modified poses, shares stories of many yogis and their pregnancy/post partum journeys and covers therapeutic post partum practices. I especially appreciate reading the different experiences of each mother despite similar lifestyles. Swipe to see a paragraph that truly resonates with me, especially over the past month.➡️
