Does anyone know how fast blood pressure goes up with pre-eclampsia? Last pregnancy I didn’t have signs at 34 weeks and then by 36 it was super high...is it typically a gradual increase over the course of a fee days or a one time fast increase? 35 weeks with baby 2 and mine seems to be up just a bit higher than normal but not concerning yet. Wondering if this is a sign of what’s to come or just a higher than normal reading!
