What do BH feel like

Idk if I've had any. Lately been getting mild cramping like I'm on my period. Not painful just some discomfort. Is that it? Baby is breech though

How many weeks are you? BH contractions don’t typically start until the 2nd or 3rd trimester ...it’s literally what it sounds like, a CONTRACtion, your uterus/stomach will contact/flex & get kinda hard (sometimes even change shape) for a few minutes, it’s not usually painful, just strange and uncomfortable. When you have BH contractions combined with period cramps together, then that’s typically the start of labor & that becomes increasingly painful (obviously)
