I feel so unprepared, I don’t do pain at all. I can’t cope with the slightest niggles of pain. I’m 100% going to ask for an epidural but my fear is they will be too busy or won’t give me one - I’m in the UK and they aren’t as commonly used here. I had slight cramping an hour ago and I started to freak. I’m so excited to meet baby but I think I’m scared of that too.

Please send me your positive birth stories and even if you didn’t have a “positive birth” experience I’d still like to here of your thoughts and how you look back on your experience. I keep thinking it’s fine because it’s going to be temporary but it’s still so scary. I’m 23, this is my first pregnancy and baby and she definitely was unplanned which I think is making it scarier even though I wouldn’t change her for the world! This whole virus has thrown me off too😖 No birthing classes, no seeing family and being cooped up for nearly 9 weeks now.
