Is ovulation bleeding a thing?

Is that even common enough to be a likely option? I’m on cycle day 18. I don’t know when I ovulated. I didn’t use opks this cycle. I have ovulated this late in the past but have been ovulating around day 14, 15 the last few months. We had sex today and while cleaning up afterwards I noticed when I wiped it was pink. It wasn’t by any means rough sex so I’m confident it’s not from that. I have been a bit crampy off and on today and yesterday. Could it just be ovulation?
