Constant contractions starting at 20 weeks
I want to put my story out there Incase anyone else is going threw something similar I wish heard of good outcomes while it was happening
Starting around 20 weeks I was getting constant contractions ( 1 min apart sometimes) they would last a very long time I drank over a gallon of water a day switched positions relaxed walked around took warm showers absolutely nothing stopped them I went to the hospital multiple times and they would keep me because of my contractions even if it’s not why I went there and I’d stay all day they would slow down I’d go home as you can imagine I was so terrified I was so scared of losing my baby once I made it to 28 weeks I was so thankful because at least he would have a chance at life I didn’t know what was happening all I got told was “drink water “ I would drink more then enough I’d cry because I thought I wasn’t going to make it to at least 36 weeks, well my little guy made it to 39+5 , he would of stayed in longer but I got induced due to unreliable lie, he came out healthy and safe :) when I was in labor I had the same contractions I been feeling this whole time the ones I had at home were sometimes more painful the nurse would ask me “ do you feel that you just had 5 big contractions in a row” and I’d just be like yeah I’ve been feeling this for months, it validated all my fears they were not ‘ just practice contractions’ i hope my story can help anyone whos going threw the same thing, my baby is now 3 months and perfect
