Sleeping positions
Hi I’m current 15w and I’m wondering how much longer it’s safe for me to sleep on my back.
I’ve got ehlers danlos syndrome and shallow hip joints and with pregnancy starting to loosen my ligaments more Im already getting pain in my hips if I sleep on my side. I’m trying to ignore it for now and so far can get to sleep on my side but I don’t wake up that way.
Now I’m not so nauseous I can start my physio again to build up my strength and stability but I’m worried I could be hurting bump if I sleep on my back.
I’ve got an appointment with obstetrics next week so will raise it properly then but wanted to post here too.
