Should I pump?

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and lactating. I understand if I pump now it can change my supply. But I’d only pump like a minute or two.

I agree with the other comment that it’s too early and could bring on labor. 
It’s also not a good idea to pump until your baby is around 3 weeks old and your body has regulated its milk supply. I started pumping at like 1.5 weeks to build a freezer stash, and that made me produce way too much milk, which brings its own problems. I get clogged ducts, I got mastitis. My baby spits up more since he is getting a ton of foremilk before he gets to the fatty hindmilk that he needs. At 9 months, after night weaning, it’s finally starting to get better. Don’t do it.
