10 weeks old and not lifting his head
My LO is going to be 10 weeks in 2 days. He HATES tummy time but regardless we still practice it at least once a day and at most three times. He holds his neck strong when on my shoulder but doesn’t lift his head to a 45 degree angle yet the best he can do is turning it back and forth. Is this normal or should I be concerned??
