Children’s place clothes

I’m about to send in an order for children’s place for my daughter but was wondering how their clothes run. My daughter is 15 months but is skinny and tall( she can still wear some 6-9m pants) and she wear 12/18 shirts but mostly 12. Does children’s place run small, big or true to size?
