Concerning chart?
This is my first month tracking my bbt and also my first cycle after weaning my daughter in March. I’m a little concerned that my temperature is steadily going down after ovulation when I thought the temperatures are supposed to be elevated until AF arrives? Should I be concerned about this? Is this a sign of low progesterone or that something is wrong?
