Can’t get him off my mind

So there this guy that i’ve liked at the beginning of the year and it’s driving me insane and idk what to do. He just got out of a relationship and I he’s been really upset abt it lately and i just feel so bad for him(he was cheated on). And i hate seeing him so upset and i just don’t know that to do and it’s really stressing me out.
