Episiotomy recovery 2 years later

Does anyone still struggle with episiotomy recovery yeaaaaarrrrs later ??? I had an episiotomy with my first child two years ago and then had my second 16 months later and tore along the episiotomy scar. It’s been 9 months since the second delivery and I’m still so sensitive!!! Like I can’t even wear sexy underwear with seams that go along the crotch at all or it bothers me all day long. Not to mention I still have what seems to hemorrhoids?? Ugh! I need help!!
