HPV high risk

So this is what my results are regarding HPV. I am panicking does anybody know what exactly means I have an appt next Wednesday that I’m pretty sure OB will go more in detail but I’m beyond worried. When I gave birth to my first I tested positive for HPV but the doctor said it was low risk if I remember correctly then I had another pap in Dec 2019 and I guess came back Normal cause dr. Didn’t went over results as it was the same day I was taking out my IUD. Any positive feedback please
