How to deal with fertility comments?

Só me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive for 3 1/2 months I’m about to be 26 and he’s 29. I’ve been trying for a year (pass relationship) and nothing has happened yet. I was told I have pcos (back in 2018) but my ovaries and everything looks good. I usually have my period every month but I missed my period for April and thought I could be pregnant well on May 10th I started bleeding but it didn’t last like my normal period I’ve been trying to get a blood test done but my dr been giving me problems finally I made an appointment to see my gynecologist in June for a yearly and ultrasound to see if things r okay. My mom keeps making rude comments about having hard boil eggs or saying things like “ well nothing ain happened yet so either he shooting blanks or you’re eggs are hard “ or “your niece will have a baby before you do that’s a shame” I tell her don’t say things like that or whatever but she laughs how should I respond to comments she makes? Me and my fiancé will be moving in our first apartment together the end of June. I’m ready to get away from her toxic behavior.
