Too much daytime sleep?

If you have a good napper, how many hours of daytime sleep are you letting your LO get? Ours keeps having middle of the night wake ups so I wonder if I should start capping his daytime sleep?

Our girl sleeps anywhere from 2-4 hours per day for her naps and then sleeps 11-13 hours straight at night.

Our daughter has 1 nap a day for 1 hour. Sometimes she will have 2 naps that total 1.5 hours altogether. I didn’t train her to do this, she just did it herself. Currently we are sleep training 😩 never thought I would have to as she was sooooo good since birth. As soon as she hit 6 months, BAM it was a complete different baby at night.

Following. My son has been taking a lot of longer naps lately (1h20m to 2h20m) and alternating between 2 and 3 naps. His night sleep is all over the place, although it seems it might be better when we skip the last nap and he has a longer 3.5-4h wake time before bed.. we've had some 7-9 hour sleep stretches sometimes. The days where he has a 3rd nap he seems to wake up every hour between 7-11 before getting some longer 3 hour stretches.
Don't know if he's getting too much day sleep or his last wake window needs tweaking or what. Curious what others may have done to fix things.

About 3-4 hrs total during the day. About 12 hrs at night but still wakes up once. My daughter still breastfeeds though and I’ve been wondering whether that could be why she still wakes at night to eat i.e. maybe she’s not getting enough at her last feed before bed

My little guy usually gets about 4 or 5 hours of nap time (split up of course) during the day. He sleeps really well at night!

Mine gets anywhere was 2.5 to 3 hours. I don’t let her go longer than 2.5 hours during the day.

At this age, we cap individual naps at 2 hours and max daytime sleep at 2.5-3 hours.
