So proud of myself!!
I’m posting here because I don’t really have anyone to tell this too (I have friends and family, just feel odd sharing it with them).
Anyways, I cut out pop over a month ago and that’s been such a hard thing to do but so glad I did.
I’ve really been working on being healthier and losing extra weight - especially in hopes it helps my husband and I conceive. We have been TTC for almost 2 years and all my tests came back normal, thankfully. So I’m really hoping this lifestyle change is going to help. Even if it doesn’t, it’s what’s best for me.
Moral of the story: I have been sticking to healthier lifestyle for a little over a week and am feeling really good! I’m just really proud for sticking to it because I never have been able to in the past.
