Ear Pulling!

Does anyone else’s baby do this? Her ears are perfect, no ear infection. But she CONSTANTLY tugs at them, more so the left ear. She tends to do it more when she’s frustrated, mad, or something loud (like music or yelling) happens. Maybe a phase? Maybe sensitive to sounds? But she’s pulling at them so much that they are splitting and I don’t know what to do! She also pulls her hair out too. Someone help me😩

Just ignore my nail, I’m in desperate need of a manicure😅
