Random vomit 🤢??

Today’s the second day of my period and yesterday I had cramps so bad it brought me to tears and I was doubled over THANK GOD FOR MEDICINE!!!! Today I’ve felt good and I don’t feel sick at all I was making some food in the microwave and was eating cherrys and all of the sudden I felt I was going to throw up so I went to the bathroom and threw up not a lot but it was a good amount but I’m confused bc I feel perfectly fine now. Does anyone know the reason this happened?
