Has anyone else had some pretty intense cramps I’m 3w5d and these cramps have been going on for a couple of days .

Cramping is normal in early pregnancy as long as it’s not severe and accompanied by bright red blood or clots. Your uterus is growing and stretching and the muscles have to stretch as well. I cramped off and on until about 12 weeks.
