Vaginal help

I had sex last night and from Thursday to Sunday I was on my period. My vagina is all red. My clitoris is all red and my vagina lips are red and burn. Never had this before. Any ideas what it could be. I’ve had a yeast infection before and a uti I don’t have discharge, I don’t have the fishy odor, I don’t have the burning when I pee. Just everything is sore and hurts. Any ideas
