Progestorone low !!! Help guys

Hey so i got some blood work done they called me

Today they told me my hcg was fine didnt ask how much i was at but she said my progestorone is at a 9.53 when i should be atleast a 20 im 7 weeks pregnant they prescribed and medicine treatment to insert in my vagina any one else had this and it went up , tbh im scared terrified i might have a miscarriage or ectopic i just need to hear if someone had similar stories and everything turned out fine after there prescription
