Help please

Just want some advice or a littls help please

I was tracking ovulation this month and i had a peak on 3rd may since 10DPO I've been getting light cramps on and off for the past 5 days and no bleeding so I'm 2/3 days late my boobs are killing me ive had sore boobs also since 10dpo and ive been testing since 10dpo and negative, my cycles vary from 28-35days but i haven't taken a test since Sunday and im scared to test sinc i know it would be negative again i just dont know what to do also i don't know when i ovulated If it was the day i got my peak or if I've ovulated late or not at all i don't know what to do!!
