I just need to know if I should be worried or not i’m so paranoid.

My period has always been very regular. I got a skyla iud and my periods were lighter but still regular, and never late. Fast forward 3 years later and I had to get a new iud and i got the kyleena this time (like september 2019) and my period has stayed the same until now.

I am six days late on my period and I feel all my period symptoms like headaches and cramps and I tested negative for pregnancy and my iud is still in the right place but im still worried 😭

I know your period can stop when on an iud but I have never heard of anyone’s period randomly stopping like this especially if it’s been extremely regular. Plus im used to the reassurance of knowing i’m not pregnant with my period.

So has this happened to anyone 😭😭
