So It started with a very complicated situation but I have a small tear down there and I've tried everything, my doctor gave me oral medication, external and internal creams but it's not working. Everytime I have sex it tears again.

It's really painful and I don't know what to do.

I even had a 5 month break from sex but that didn't do anything.

My doctor just keeps giving me products that are wasting my time and I can't see another doctor while the pandemics going on.

I'm not sure what to do.
