yeast infection???? help

okay so can you have a yeast infection without the “cottage cheese like discharge”? because for the past three or so days my down there area has been itching like crazy. it sometimes stings when peeing so it could be a UTI idk. but it itches like awful it feels like it itches inside my vagina, surrounding the hole, and basically just everything down there. the only discharge i’m having is kindve watery. it feels like super dry down there but when i touch it, it’s not. also when i wipe after using them bathroom it feels really raw. any clue to what this could be???
