Why do doctors recommend waiting a year before being treated for infertility?

I guess what I’m trying to say is, if a couple has been tracking ovulation and baby dancing at the right time for 6 to 12 months, why should they wait a full year before being treated with clomid, fremara, letrozole, progesterone, etc!

If there’s any indication there’s a problem, they’ll start testing earlier, but our chances of getting pregnant are only 30% each month and research shows that it’s normal for a healthy couple to take up to a year to get pregnant.

If you have known health issues, of course they can help earlier, but if all is well, they don't want to mess with your cycles or with other medical interventions. And that is all because studies on healthy couples have shown, most of them fall pregnant naturally within a year. The chances if you pinpoint ovulation and have sex on right time in a month is still about 30%, so once in every 3-4 month a person falls pregnant, and a year is normal time, after what to say, there might be help needed.
