Can you start breastfeeding 9 days postpartum?

I’m 9 days pp and i didn’t start out breastfeeding, I’ve been formula feeding only but I’ve decided I would really like to try breastfeeding.. my question is would I still be able to or is it too late since I didn’t start out doing it? How can i get my milk to come in more?

Contact an lactation consultant preferably an IBCLC asap! But in theory the more you drain you breasts the more milk you will make, if baby will latch on let baby latch as much and as often as baby can. If not you need to pump. Can be a good idea to look up relactation and power pumping. Also if you post in the breastfeeding room I'm guessing you'll get more information and response.
