At the very least, it'll look promising once you have 18 days of high temps. Luteal phases of pregnant and non pregnant women look generally the same, especially since it's not until days after the egg implants (average at 9 dpo) that your body really registers that you're pregnant. Also temps do not directly reflect how good your hormones are or whatever. Try not to stress. Your temps are high and that's supposed to happen. ☺
