I have a one year old daughter and a few days ago i had unprotected sex with my bf and after that day i have been waking up dizzy with the room going in circles. it only happens in the morning and at night, i have fallen a couple of times because everything is spinning. Could there be a possibility of another pregnancy? and yes im aware of it being super early but with my first pregnancy i had very early symptoms. please anything will help.
