Super Faint Pink Discharge?

Sorry if this is TMI but I am freaking out. I just found out I was expecting last week and I estimate I’m about 4 weeks and 3 days. I went to use the restroom and when I wiped there was VERY faint pink on the tissue. I am freaking out. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Currently 10 weeks 1 day. I had pink spotting very light to begin with, then it gradually became more. Always stayed pink tho. It’s perfectly normal. Went in for an ultrasound little bean was moving around and had a heartbeat. That’s started when I was right at 9 weeks. Still happens but baby is fine
