Cramping and brown spotting 1 time, 1 day before missed period. Now 2 days late??

I had a lot of constipation and diarrhea over this past week or week and a half before my period. It was due on May 19th & I have no signs of it, not even sore boobs. That’s usually a major sign of my period is coming. I’ve been crying over everything & moody I’ve noticed. The day before my period was due I had a lot of cramping & had some brown/red spotting only when I wiped;never seen it again. Had some cramping day of period but still no usual period symptoms. 2 days later & still nothing, just still emotional & nauseous with diarrhea. I’m so confused honestly
