Gassy fussy baby 😫 4 week old

He will nurse and start kicking his legs and crying/scream.... I’m assuming gas because I can hear him swallow air, and hear it in his stomach. I try to unlatch him to burp him he will either spit up or let out a good burp or both. I have been trying little remedies gas relief drops and just got gripe water have yet to try that. I’m not sure what else I can do. It seems like the spitting up just recently started in the last week.

He seems to want to nurse A LOT during the day.. which I’m sure is normal for a 4 weeks old.

Also while he’s nursing he will tense up and bring his legs closer to his body like he’s trying to pass gas.

We went to the pediatrician for this yesterday and he did not seem too concerned he mentioned to make sure his head is above his stomach when he’s eating, to try the gas drops, and to burp more frequently.
