Feeling confused 😐

Kinda long, sorry:

March was my chemical. I implanted and lost it almost immediately. Nothing in April. Now in May all the exact same symptoms are happening to date. The only difference is I only spotted 1 day and not 2. AF due tomorrow and I’m feeling pretty normal. No symptoms like last time. And I had already gotten a faint line by now in March and nothing as of right now. So so so confused.
