Advice on keto and Intermittent fasting

Hello! I have a couple of questions.

-First I want to know what can I substitute eggs with for a keto breakfast?

I absolutely HATE eggs. The taste of them. The smell of them. All of the above. I won't eat anything that has an eggy taste. If that makes sense.

-Second how can I combine keto and intermittent fasting?

I've done intermittent fasting before and lost around 10 lbs. Only thing is I completely forgot how it works.

Also I've gained so much weight. I used to be around 205lbs. I am kind of tall for a female, I'm around 5'6-5'7" so you don't notice it. I am well proportioned, but I am unhappy. I got weighed at a doctors visit and now I am the biggest I've ever been in my life weighing 225lbs.

I actually walk everyday. I exercise 30mins a day doing a full body work out. I follow along with this app called "Female Fitness- Women workout". Is their anything else I could be doing? Working out more? Or running?
