A piece of fresh garlic it really works I had a abscess put a piece of garlic the next day it had almost completely disappear put more garlic on it and it was gone in 2 days plus it numb the pain

Mouth infections can be super serious. They can even break your water early if it spreads. I really wouldn’t mess around with that.

Clove oil! I'm not sure if it's safe when pregnant but it is also used in some dental solutions they clean your teeth with while working on them. 
For wounds in my mouth against infections or if my guns get inflamed (it happened that I failed to notice something tiny stuck into my gum next to a tooth), I usually use tea tree oil - very efficient, but again I don't know if it's safe while pregnant. 
Both of these are efficient if you add two or three droplets of them to tablespoon of water, rinse thoroughly, then don't eat or drink for half hour. Or, this is aggressive: put one droplet right on the tooth, and once it is flowing down to your gums a few seconds later, rinse with clean water. Don't eat or drink for half hour. 
These are not gonna solve it though. It might buy you some time but you will need a dental professional to treat your tooth.

Call your dentist. My SIL had a bad tooth infection recently and the dentist just got her to describe it and prescribed antibiotics without seeing her.

If you have an actual infection, you will need prescription antibiotics to hold you over until they can get the cause of the infection taken care of. Good luck, mama 💗
