Finally went for my 8wk scan and all she could see was the gestational sac, no yolk sac & no baby. I go back for another scan next week cause she said my dates could be off. But with no yolk sac I would be off by 3wks.

She also saw a hematoma so I’m pretty sure that had everything to do with miscarriage as this is not my first. The only light at the end of this tunnel is that that I had a miscarriage before I had my son 2yrs ago. So I’m hoping history repeats its self.

**UPDATE** 5/28/20

Went to my follow up appointment today and there it was a yolk sac and measured 6wk but still no fetal pole.. So the saga continues and I have to go back next week for another scan and hopefully there will be a fetal pole and a heartbeat. Doctor can’t explain why my dating would be 3 weeks off my LMP but doctor says pregnancy seems to be progressing as should be. So confused has this happened to anyone else???
