Shout out to the ladies who can workout at home! I havent been in the gym since march and i seriously hate it. Ive been working out almost everyday still but it sucks!! I dont even enjoy working out anymore. For the last month i hold back my tears during my workouts and cut it short cause i just cant get past the sadness. My depression is already a problem but now its just getting out of hand again. I miss the gym, the vibes, the motivation, the equipment, and especially the childcare! So congrats to you ladies who can do it and stay motivated!!
