Water diarrhea and nauseous

Hi ladies,

So I am 38 weeks and 1 day and woke up to swelling in hands and feet. I had a telephone session with midwife and she said not to be concerned unless I have vomiting or pain in upper right side and blurred vision or headache. The swelling hasn’t really changed and I just had 3 bouts of JUST water diarrhea with a severe wave of nausea and some serious pain in between ribs right when the stomach starts. I’ve already left a message on the emergency line but just wanted to see what you guys thought in the mean time.
