So we bought a sex swing because my husband suffers from back pain. My question is since I’m standing up after he comes inside I have to get off and then go lay down do u think that will hurt my chances or do u think the sperm will get to where it needs to go ?? Sorry if it’s a silly question

You do not have to go lay down. That’s not necessary. Whatever comes out is just semen.

You don't have to lay down at all. You can walk straight to the bathroom, pee and clean up. Sperm get to where they need to immediately and any "help" you give it is just for your own sanity and peace of mind. It doesn't actually do anything.
