Clingy first born?? Pregnant with #2

Second time mom here 🙋‍♀️🤰

I’m almost 27 weeks and I’ve noticed my 3.5 year old daughter is being extra defensive of mama and clingy. She’s always been my little buddy and we’re really close, but now she always has to sleep next to me and be hugging me while sleeping or on top of me! Kinda hard with a large belly in the way.... or she wants to be in my lap and constantly wants my attention. She’s been crying over little things and very emotional. Is this normal 3.5 year old behavior? I’m trying to be understanding and be gentle... my husband doesn’t understand and thinks she’s just getting an attitude, but I disagree... I think it’s more than that. Any tips?

Maybe it’s the quarantine? We haven’t been out of the apartment to see family or anything since March 1st....

Anyone deal with this as well with their first? Do they suspect the big change coming?
