Anxiety

I’ve been having pretty bad anxiety lately and it literally comes out of no where and hits me like a brick wall. I’m not opposed to medication for it, however, I don’t want to get to that place yet. I’d like to try a more natural route before I go to a doctors. I was just curious if anyone has this issue and handles it without medication and takes vitamins or something like that? Please let me know because I’d love the advice!
