Awkward question but how do you keep semen from flowing out after sex?

We’re ttc and i noticed that all of it comes out after sex. I tried to keep my legs up but it feels like all of it comes out! What has worked for you?

You dont. Semen is SUPPOSED ot come out. Giving yourself an infection by holding it doesnt help you get pregnant.

The fastest and strongest sperm are up where they need to be within seconds of ejaculation. What’s leftover wouldn’t have a chance anyway. There’s zero need to lift your legs in the air or do things to keep the semen up there longer.

Semen and sperm are two different things.
Semen is a thick liquid, that contains sperm and helps it move.
If a man ejaculates, then sperm just bursts to the right place in mere seconds. All the leftover sperm, that helped the move, comes out. So you are supposed to be dripping semen anyway. Clean up as fast as can, holding legs up or liquid in doesn't give any higher chances. (unless there is known medical issue and a doctor tells you to do it - that reccomendation is really rare)
