Did you or your child have ear tubes more than once?

My son had ear tubes and it’s been about a year. And he’s ears are draining....

I’ve had ear tubes like 4 times. Frequent ear infections as a kid caused me to get Cholesteatoma at 12 years old. I’m now 80% deaf on one side.

I had them but in when I was a baby and one of them came out idek when and then when I got older like maybe 5 years old I’m not really sure the second one came out. I guess they were supposed to but I freaked out cause I didn’t know what it was 😂

my sister had tubes in for a decent amount years and they were put in when she was about 3. both fell out within the last 4 yrs, i cant remember lol. shes 11 now, and she had the surgery where they take cartilage from the back and make the holes smaller ? shes way better now
