We came into the hospital Sunday for my induction. 11:30 monday night after pushing for 2 hours straight, it was determined baby’s head was stuck and I needed a csection right then. Now she’s 72 hours old, I’m discharged from the hospital but baby is not due to high bilirubin levels. I haven’t been able to hold my baby for longer than a feed since she needs aggressive phototherapy and it’s breaking me. She’s so restless and watching her shiver because all her skin has to be exposed is so hard. On top of that we haven’t left this room in days because we wouldn’t be able to come back until she’s discharged. I just want to take my baby home and love on her
